Dallaglio RugbyWorks announces new trustees

Dallaglio RugbyWorks is thrilled to introduce two exceptional new trustees who will be joining our dedicated team: Diane Watson and Ann Silla.

Diane Watson brings with her over three decades of experience in the financial services sector and holds a prominent role as the Principal Partner with St James’s Place, a leader in wealth management solutions. In 2020, she also founded "She Can Prosper," an initiative aimed at educating and empowering women to achieve greater financial independence. Diane's commitment to providing opportunities to young people aligns perfectly with the mission of Dallaglio RugbyWorks. Her extensive expertise and dedication to making a positive impact make her a valuable addition to our team as a trustee.

Ann Silla, currently serving as the Group General Counsel at Dext, a cutting-edge pre-accounting tech software company, is also joining our board of trustees. With a background as a qualified lawyer specialising in private equity corporate law, Ann's transition to in-house roles at global organisations, including The Economist Group, showcases her versatility and expertise. Ann's passion for mentoring and advocating for individuals from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds perfectly complements our vision as well at Dallaglio RugbyWorks. Her commitment to support, paired with her wide-ranging experiences, make her an excellent asset to our trustee team.

We are honoured to welcome these two remarkable women as our new trustees at Dallaglio RugbyWorks. Their vast expertise, dedication to fostering positive change, and commitment to the development of excluded young people align seamlessly with our mission. We look forward to their valuable contributions as we continue our impactful work.

With Diane and Ann joining our team, Dallaglio RugbyWorks is more empowered than ever to make a lasting impact through the power of rugby and sports. We are excited to embrace their insights and passion as we continue to extend our reach to more young people and geographies.
