Through the RugbyWorks social franchise, partners are equipped with the methodology, training and Theory of Change that have successfully supported young people in the UK.
RugbyWorks Melbourne delivers locally led programmes grounded in a shared global approach to youth development through sport.

As President of the Rugby Club of Victoria, our organisation is focused on growing rugby and using the values of the game to create positive social impact.
While Victoria has many strong sports academy programs, we were looking for a mentoring program that could connect more deeply with young people and help them build resilience. That led us to Dallaglio RugbyWorks, whose experience and proven approach stood out immediately.
One year on, we now have a social franchise agreement in place and are close to launching pilot programs. Working with Zenna, Claudia, and the wider team has been a genuinely rewarding experience, and their support and encouragement have been exceptional throughout.
