
Dallaglio RugbyWorks Fundraising Week
Terms and conditions
Fundraising Week is an event organised by Dallaglio RugbyWorks, a charity registered in England and Wales. Charity number 1130353.
By taking part in any of the fundraising week activities, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
1. Event Registration
1.1. Fundraising Week is an event scheduled to run from Monday 7th March to Sunday 13th March 2022, organised by Dallaglio RugbyWorks.
1.2. By applying to take part in the challenge, the Participant accepts these terms and conditions. If at any time it is discovered that any Participant should have been ineligible to participate in the Event or if participation in the Event should have been refused for any reason whatsoever, Dallaglio RugbyWorks reserves the right to disqualify such Participant from the challenge.
1.3. Participants must sign up to any of the Fundraising Week Events by completing the registration form, or by contacting the Events Coordinator at Dallaglio RugbyWorks via email (Taylor Mullaney-Downer, taylor@dallagliorugbyworks.com).
1.4. Participation in fundraising week is free of charge, however all Participants agree to raise as much money as they can for Dallaglio RugbyWorks during the week.
2. Event Participation
2.1. By signing up to a challenge during Fundraising Week, the Participant is agreeing that they are physically healthy and able to take part in the challenge. Dallaglio RugbyWorks reserves the right to ask for a medical certificate before the Participant takes part in the challenge.
2.2. Dallaglio RugbyWorks is not responsible for any accidents, loss, damage, or injury incurred by the Participant whilst participating in the challenge.
