Six Nations Lunch

Terms and conditions

Six Nations Lunch is an event organised by Dallaglio RugbyWorks, a charity registered in England and Wales. Charity number 1130353.

By purchasing a table and therefore agreeing to come to the event, the table host accepts these terms and conditions.

1. Event Registration

1.1. Six Nations Lunch is a lunch event hosted at Boisdale Canary Wharf scheduled to take place on Thurs 24 March 2022, organised by Dallaglio RugbyWorks. Dallaglio RugbyWorks reserves the right to change the date, time, and format of the event, as well as cancel the event without notice or liability to the party.

1.2. Table hosts at Six Nations Lunch must be at least 18 years of age and confirm that all guests on their table are also at least 18 years of age.

1.3. Table hosts must sign up to the event either online by completing the registration form and paying for their tables, or by requesting an invoice from the Events Coordinator at Dallaglio RugbyWorks via email (Taylor Mullaney-Downer, taylor@dallagliorugbyworks.com).

1.4. Parties may reserve tables in advance, however these reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payment must be made within 4 weeks of reservation, otherwise your table will be released. Dallaglio RugbyWorks has the right to give away a reserved table to another paying customer if payment has not been received within 4 weeks of invoicing.

1.5. All payments on reserved tables must be paid at least three weeks before the event (Thurs 3 March 2022).

1.6. All table hosts will be notified via email confirmation that their table(s) has been secured.

1.7. All table hosts will be asked for details of their guests including, but not limited to, name, contact details, and dietary requirements. These details must be sent to the Events Coordinator no later than 1 week before the event (Thurs 17 March 2022).

1.8. The layout of the venue means that some tables have a restricted view of the stage. Specific tables cannot be reserved and tables cannot be changed once assigned.

2. Cancellations and refunds

2.1. Dallaglio RugbyWorks shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense caused by cancellation, curtailment or change of schedule of the event due to, without limitation, government action, war, strike, royal death, civil commotion, terrorism, national disaster, or other force majeure or cause beyond the reasonable control of Dallaglio RugbyWorks.

2.2. All payments on tables are non-refundable. However, table hosts have the right to transfer their table to another person with the consent of Dallaglio RugbyWorks and the new party must accept these terms and conditions.

2.3. Dallaglio RugbyWorks have no responsibility for any costs incurred due to cancellation.
