Activeworks challenge

Terms and conditions

ActiveWorks Challenge is organised by Dallaglio RugbyWorks, a charity registered in England and Wales. Charity number 1130353.

1. By applying to take part in the challenge, the Participant accepts these terms and conditions. If at any time it is discovered that any Participant should have been ineligible to participate in the Event or if participation in the Event should have been refused for any reason whatsoever, Dallaglio RugbyWorks reserves the right to disqualify such Participant from the challenge.
   

2. Participants must be over the age of 16 to take part in the challenge.
   

3. In no event shall Dallaglio RugbyWorks be liable, under or in connection with this Agreement or otherwise in respect of the challenge, for any loss, indirect or consequential loss regardless of its foreseeability, damage, or donations made on your behalf or by you.
