Governance

Our work with young people is extremely important and it is essential that we are a charity that is trustworthy for them and also our partners, supporters and friends from across the world.

To achieve this we will be outlining how we are governed so that you can understand how we work at RugbyWorks and how our governance will allow us to achieve our vision and aim - which you can view on Our Strategy page.

Our Board of Trustees

Our board come a range of professional backgrounds with expertise in the financial, marketing, sports and most importantly education sectors.

They meet four times a year to discuss the latest activity undertaken by RugbyWorks as well as discuss new and exciting ideas on how we can develop and improve our engagement with young people across the country.

They are also in regular contact with our dedicated team of staff who will provide updates on daily, weekly and monthly initiatives which are helping young people to achieve a positive and productive future.

You can read more about our Board in Our Squad section.

Commitment to Equality and Diversity

We work with young people from a diverse range of communities across England and Wales and that is why we are passionate about bringing equality and diversity into our governance and the way we work.

That's why over the 2020-21 academic year, we will be working on how we can develop our work around this important area to show we are reflective and welcoming to all aspects of our society.
