Dallaglio RugbyWorks is an intensive, long-term skills development programme based on rugby, through which we aim to get teenagers outside of mainstream education into sustained education, employment or training.

Global sports for sustainable social change pioneer, Beyond Sport, announced the 29 entries that have officially been shortlisted for its prestigious Global Awards.

In its 11th year as the pinnacle of purpose-driven sports awards, this year's shortlist of standouts represents 37 countries, across six continents and more than 40 sports, all dedicated to creating positive social impact in communities around the world through sport to help achieve the UN Global Goals by 2030.

Dallaglio RugbyWorks was honoured to be recognised the work we do with young people in Alternative Provision in the Sport for Quality Education Award shortlisting.

On September 12, representatives of each of the organisations will attend the ceremony, taking place at the purpose-focused SAP Next-Gen Lab in New York, where the winners of each category will be announced.

This year, the Foundation will invest over $600k to drive collective impact and recognise the world's best in sport for social change. As a shortlisted organisation RugbyWorks will receive a custom business support package from experts in the business, sport and development sectors to strengthen our organisation through mentoring and fundraising tools.

"On behalf of the Beyond Sport Foundation and our judges, congratulations to our 2019 Beyond Sport Global Awards Official Shortlist.
